We're currently seeking a professional Part-Time Front Desk/ Night Auditor to join our busy team at The Westin Sacramento. Please read job responsibilities carefully before applying.
This position will have a minimum of 2 overnights working Front Desk/Night Audit
Shifts start at 10PM – 6:30AM
Must be able to work overnight weekends (Friday & Saturday)
Night Auditor Overnight Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Required to have minimum of 1-Year experience working in a hotel environment
Hotel Front Desk Experience required. Night Audit experience is preferred
Reconciling daily activity and closing all accounts in preparation for the new business day
Processing, formatting and distributing daily reports
Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a efficient, courteous and professional manner
Processing all payments according to hotel requirements
Interacting with hotel associates in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
Managing and resolving all guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner
Responding to guest needs in a timely manner
Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice
• Greeting guests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner
• Assisting arriving and departing guests with their luggage
• Parking and retrieving guest vehicles
• Assisting guests in and out of vehicles
• Organizing and storing luggage as necessary
• Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
• Providing accurate information about outlet hours, hotel services, directions to local attractions, etc.
• Assisting guests with transportation
• Maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area including the lobby and drive
• Demonstrating the Evolution Hospitality Values and Guiding Principles
