Scope and Consent
Infor honors your choices. You can choose whether you wish to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, telephone calls and postal mail from us by using the Opt out methods described below (see "How You Can Opt Out of Marketing Communications"). If we determine that your explicit consent is needed, we will obtain that consent before or at the time of data collection.
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
Infor, which includes its respective successors, subsidiaries, divisions and groups, participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Infor is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's applicable Principles. Infor is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, and under Privacy Shield, we may subsequently transfer that data to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. Infor complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Infor is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Infor may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Infor complies with the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from Switzerland. You acknowledge (a) that you are accessing a website that is based in the United States, (b) that you are providing personal information to a company in the United States, and (c) that Infor must adhere to laws of the United States. How We Collect Your Personal Information
When you visit our Site, we collect the following types of personal information in order to provide you with use of and access to our websites, applications, services, and solutions, and to help us personalize and improve your experience.
Information you provide to us:
We collect personal information that you submit to us, including, but not limited to, personal data (i.e., your name, mailing address, email address, social media account name, IM user account, social security number), account information and optional information (e.g., education, marital status, income, etc.), as well as Personal Information collected from the test(s) and/or assessment(s) that you participate in at the Site. Personal Information is collected online when users voluntarily submit non-public personal information on the Site by establishing a customer account, taking a test, requesting information, receiving electronic notices or other similar communications.
Other methods of collection: We may also collect information from or about you in other ways, such as through your contact with our customer support team, your results when you respond to a survey, and your interactions with members of the Infor corporate family or other companies.
Service Provider data collection and processing: Infor collects information under the direction of its Customers,. In connection with our processing, we may transfer personal information to group entities or companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Customers. If you are a customer or end user of one of our Customers (i.e., the company with whom you do business, are employed by, or occasionally interact) and you would no longer like to be contacted by that company, then please contact that company directly.
How We Use the Personal Information We Collect
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, and efficient visitor and customer experience. We may also use your personal information to:
- operate this website;
- provide support or to carry out the service(s) you have requested or authorized;
- troubleshoot your issue and provide you with more effective customer service;
- distribute alerts concerning product upgrades, special offers, updated information, and other new products and services from Infor or our partners;
- share relevant information with affiliates and third-parties; or
- for such other purposes as required or permitted by law.
How We Share Personal Information with Third Parties
Infor partners with and occasionally hires other companies to provide services on its behalf. Personal information may be shared with these companies; however, the use and amount of personal information shared is limited to the purpose for collection. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
We may also share your information as follows:
- with your consent;
- and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property; to protect your safety or the safety of others; to investigate fraud or respond to a government, judicial or other legal request; to comply with the law; or in connection with a corporate change, such as an acquisition or merger.
Talent Science Applicants:
We share your personal information and our Assessment with the Client-Employers for which you currently work (if you are accessing the Site at the request of your current employer) or the Client-Employers with which you currently are applying or apply in the future for an employment position. In addition, we use your personal information to assist us in validation research.
At the request of a Client-Employer and/or you, we also may disclose your personal information to third parties for employment screening, background checks, credential verification services, and similar services, including verification of the accuracy of your personal information and confirmation of your references. Infor does not control the privacy policies of any third party, and we are not responsible for the use and dissemination of your personal information by any such third parties. Therefore, we encourage you to contact the Client-Employer for the privacy policies of any such third parties
If you do not wish to have your personal information (including test results/answers and background checks) used or re-used in this manner and/or an Assessment shared with Client-Employer(s), you should not provide us with your personal information (though doing so will preclude you from using the Service or the Site). Please contact the Client-Employer to report that you are not willing to submit or share personal information through the Site.
Talent Science Client-Employers:
We may share aggregate information with third parties, however, we will only do so in a manner that does not identify the applicant or Client-Employer. Infor also may match aggregated information on Site users with third party data and disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to potential advertisers, partners and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
How We Protect and Store Personal Information:
We endeavor to protect the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to try to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. Additionally, when we transmit sensitive personal information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
How We Use Tracking Technologies
Do Not Track (DNT) is an optional browser setting that allows you to express your preferences regarding tracking by advertisers and other third-parties. We do not currently respond to DNT signals. Therefore, please be advised that third party web analytics companies may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across our website and other online properties.

How You Can Access or Change Your Personal Information
Upon request, Infor will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by logging in to your account or by contacting us at Privacy.Inquiries@infor.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Infor acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. You may also send your request to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data via the contact information below.
Your personal information will be retained for fulfillment of the intended purposes for which such personal information is collected. We establish minimum and maximum retention periods based upon the type of information collected, the intended purposes, and as otherwise may be legally required. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. In certain circumstances, we may need to retain your personal information in order to continue providing the service.
How You Can Opt Out of Marketing Communications
You may sign-up to receive email or other communications from us. If you would like to discontinue receiving this information, you may update your email preferences by using the "Unsubscribe" link found in the emails that we send to you.
