The Opportunity: Housekeeping Dispatcher


  • To understand and communicate to all guest request in time and professional manner.
  • To assign routing task to all Housekeeping attendants, and sure they all necessary supplies before beginning work.
  • To be completely familiar with rooms and public areas standards established by the director of Housekeeping to assist as directed to train, support, and discipline Housekeeping staff.
  • To ensure satisfactory completion of routine nightly tasks of PM staff regarding rooms status, both at beginning and end of the shift.
  • To verify proper completion of all reports, and ensure provision of special amenities or guest request, provide office support. Including answering telephones, handling lost and found articles, and filing paperwork.
  • To conduct and document room inspections nightly as directed, complete the PM report nightly as specified. To ensure the cleanliness and security of all linen closets and storage areas.
  • To promptly report all observed deficiencies in rooms public areas supplies and equipment, report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions. To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas all time.
  • To ensure safe work practices of all Housekeeping staff, compliance with company and departmental safety rules. To ensure proper handling storage, and labeling of all hazardous chemical used by Housekeeping staff.
  • To represent and market Carneros Resort and Spa in a positive and professional manner as requested and continually promote internally and externally by attending special events when requested and building relationships both on and off property.
  • To promote and comply with all policies and procedures of Evolution 
  • To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions and avoid injury to self and others.
  • To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment at all times.
  • To attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
  • To perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed.
