The Opportunity
We’re currently looking for a professional, outgoing and organized individual to join our team in the role of Sales Coordinator at the Anaheim campus hotels.

As a Campus Sales Coordinator, you’ll be primarily responsible supporting our Sales Team and ensuring that they have the tools, supplies and resources that they need to deliver service that sets us apart.

Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator include:
• Processing group/invoice payments for all properties
• Creating group resumes for all properties
• Providing phone coverage
• Entering rooming list and sales reservations
• Creating and organizing files, papers, checks, electronic communication, etc.
• Book meeting space at each property and provide banquet event orders (BEO)
• Taking care of door cards and reader boards
• Collaborates and assist managers of each department by preparing accurate, creative customer correspondence and contracts
• Listens and reads customer; identifies needs and responds accordingly
• Knowledge of and able to assist managers with existing sales tools – sales systems, , Horizon, Fossi, Marsha, Delphi etc.
• Knowledge and Sales experience working in Marriott branded hotels

Job Requirements
The ideal Sales Coordinator candidate will have at 2-3 years of experience as a sales coordinator. If you have high performance standards, a high level of enthusiasm and thrive in a fast-paced team environment then you just might be the candidate that we’re looking for!

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors’ degree preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-profile, high-traffic environment
• Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence and memos
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
