Receptionist
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
Greet and assist with all administrative needs, in the Headquarters lobby. The receptionist should always represent St. John with a professional, polished and positive demeanor. Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Present a polished and well groomed appearance • Warmly greet, acknowledge and assist all those that walk through the lobby • Answer all phone calls with a pleasant tone promptly, and transfer to the appropriate person • Forward all messages promptly and accurately • Communicate any issues or concerns that may arise while at front desk to Supervisor • Assist with small projects when needed • Must never leave front desk un-attended during scheduled work hours ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations • Adheres to local, state and federal laws • Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS • Interacts with all levels throughout organization including customers, employees, outside vendors MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
