POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
Provide basic janitorial services including general cleaning and factory and office support

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Picking up and emptying trash and providing a clean safe environment for employees to work
• Clean restrooms and break rooms and re-stock supplies
• Sweep, mop and vacuum all floors and carpets
• General cleaning of buildings inside and outside including floors, walls, windows, lights and ceilings
• Move furniture and equipment as needed

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
• Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws
• May include additional responsibilities assigned by manager related to your position or department
• Less than 20% travel may be required as necessary
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
• Models the “St. John Way”

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Interacts with all levels throughout organization including factory employees, supervisors and managers as well as outside vendors and contractors
