Manager Financial Reporting- International

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
To provide internal financial statement analysis and reporting, including the coordination and preparation of the monthly financial statement binder distributed to executive management and the board of directors. In addition, provides general Business Planning support in Budgets, forecasts and projections, as well as ad hoc reporting as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tracks, reports, analyzes and distributes sales for all reporting segments daily
• Prepares month end reporting (flash & actual) for Sales and Profit Flash
• Tracks and analyses consolidated business performance by evaluating key operating indicators, sales, gross margin and SG&A
• Coordinates with departments to consolidate financial statements
• Prepares the month end reports, primarily but not limited to: Monthly and YTD Cash flow, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Tax payments, Interest Received and Paid and Flow Thru
• Reviews and tracks all unusual items related to monthly reporting
• Distributes internal reporting to departments
• Provides required assistance and information for Board presentations and cycle reviews
• Prepares Consolidated Performance Summary and monthly and YTD write up
• Prepares consolidated schedules for F/S binder
• Coordinates collection and review of entire F/S binder

• Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department
• Ability to work varied hours, nights, days and weekends to support the business needs
• Some travel throughout the domestic United States

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Does not supervise any staff

• Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors

Education/Experience:
• Minimum of four years of financial/accounting experience in preparation of Financial Statements and analysis
• Knowledge of finance and accounting methods and practices
• Understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting – or related area required
• PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, AS400)
