Wholesale Marketing Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Wholesale Marketing Coordinator reports to the VP of Sales, Domestic Wholesale. This position requires management of events, marketing promotions & training collateral directly tied to the Wholesale accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES • Partner with field teams (Regional Wholesale Managers), wholesale Account Managers and Department Store event leads in the strategic planning, organization and implementation of all marketing aspects for the Wholesale points of distribution • Marketing aspects to includes all size scale special events, promotional gifts, training, seminars, printed collateral, logistics, shipping, promotions, and operations • Manage the confirmation of all aspects of events to meet St. John standards, including catering, flowers, models, etc • Coordinate trunk show and sample lines as needed to support events and in-store activations • Attend and assist events as needed, some weekends may be necessary but rare • Dotted line to the Corporate Marketing partners to ensure all collateral, directives, etc. for the Wholesale accounts are current and meet the standard laid forth by the brand • Manage the coordination of marketing efforts for all Wholesale accounts. • Oversee the maintenance and updating of the monthly event recaps, post event evaluations, calendars and event directives • Manage marketing budget and track all related invoices • Manage external vendors as necessary related to wholesale events and market • Coordinate and schedule catering, models, dressers for market • Works closely with all financial and accounting support in the relevant, timely, and accurate reporting on all agreed upon financial budgets. • Provide support to the Fashion Office when needed • Helps maintain and develop the corporate image, protect and develop the Company brand ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations • Adhere to local, state and federal laws • Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS • Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
