Visual Production Manager

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
The Visual Production Manager utilizes their planning, organizational and communication skills to manage all production aspects of the visual department. Incumbent partners with Visual, Advertising, Finance, Retail, Wholesale and Shipping and Receiving departments. Creates and sustains strong working relationships with visual, graphic and production vendors. The Visual Production Manager manages the record keeping of all visual documentation and manages visual timelines and calendars.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages production, scheduling and installation of seasonal boutique graphic program - working with our advertising team and production/installation vendors
• Manages production, shipping, scheduling and Installation of seasonal window props
• Assists with development of seasonal propping for use in boutiques, including prototyping, budgeting and approval by the CEO and VP of Creative Services
• Ensures timelines on visual production processes are met
• Manages visual invoices and budget record keeping
• Works with the Visual Director, Retail and Finance Departments for the development and execution of business plans and annual sales budget for each store
• Manages the Visual team calendar and travel schedule
• Maintains regular communication with the Regional Visual Manager’s regarding visual updates, store events/promotions and seasonal changes
• Ensures the in-season visual merchandising process is completed within consistent presentation standards
• Builds constructive, effective relationships throughout the Company to align support for all visual merchandising and brand initiatives
• Manages the record keeping of all visual documents, images, and boutique visual photo reports
• Participates in Installation of Seasonal windows and visual merchandising training summits

• Adheres to local, state and federal laws
• Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department
• Minimal travel required, less than 20%
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years corporate visual merchandising management experience in apparel
• College degree, preferably Visual Merchandising/Fashion Merchandising major or equivalent experience
• Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for Mac
• Proficient in iPhones and iPads
• Demonstrated understanding of fashion, colors, fabrics and silhouettes
