Retail Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Coordinator will work closely with the Buying and Planning group to provide operational and administrative support on all tasks associated with St. John multi-channel retail businesses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Entry of orders into various systems • Create order sheets and track shipments • Logging and tracking of special orders • Input all markdowns and price changes • Process client transfer requests • Create transfer communications to the stores • Take market photos for ecommerce styling notes ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations • Adheres to local, state and federal laws • Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS • Interacts with cross functional Buying, Planning and Allocation team MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual will need in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. COMPETENCIES: • Business Acumen • Communication • Innovation • Positive Attitude • Professionalism • Ability to Prioritize Projects • Detail Orientated • Thoroughness • Time Management EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or general education degree required, • 2 or more years of data entry experience • Excellent skillset in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and company intranet PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Standing, walking and squatting less than fifty percent of the work shift • Required to lift, move and carry up to 40 pounds • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and reports • Must be able to see, hear and speak in order to communicate with employees and other customers • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus • Manual dexterity required using hands to finger; handle, feel and type; reach with hands and arms |
