Client Development Manager - East Coast

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
The Client Development Manager, as an ambassador of the Brand and the voice of client development across the specified region Boutiques, will guide and support the store team in engaging existing, recruiting new, and building loyal and long-term relationships with top level clients, by taking a specific and measurable approach ensure growth results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish and drive the region clientele strategy, customized to each Boutique’s needs
• Partner with each Boutique Store Manager & Assistant Manager to implement each strategy
• Develop action plans for the focus client and top client program in partnership with Boutique Management & Sales team
• Collaborate with Corporate partners (Marketing, CRM, Visual, Fashion Office, etc.) to drive and manage Boutique events (in-store and off-site)
• Oversee direct communication strategy for each Boutique, while ensuring all initiatives are customized per market
• Explore new opportunities for business development in strategic markets and reports findings and opportunity to DM & VP
• Travel, attend and lead Boutique events, as directed by DM & VP of Retail Boutiques
• Educate clientele and elevate SJK brand image within each market place
• Track and monitor focus and top client tiers and growth
• Responsible for increasing data capture results
• Utilize CRM tool for communication and tracking of progress
• Report results to DM & VP of Retail Boutiques on a weekly basis
• Schedule follow up calls and visits with stores

• Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
• Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
• Adheres to local, state and federal laws
• Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department
• 50% of time traveling to SJ Retail locations
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• 5-7 years of Retail Experience with direct client interaction
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Computer proficiency and specific software requirements
