Receiving Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
Receive all inbound shipments and deliver goods to appropriate departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately receipt verifies inbound shipments against Bill of Ladings.
• Scan all inbound shipments into our internal tracking system.
• Deliver shipments promptly, confirming delivery by obtaining recipients signature into our tracking system.
• Consolidate outbound TJ shipments and prepare documents for customs clearance.
• Assist with Retail/Outlet shipping.
• Other duties as requested.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• None

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Interacts with all levels throughout building including employees, outside delivery personnel and vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Skills/Education/Experience:
• General warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to be an effective team player.
• Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Able to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
