POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
Packer- performs final garment preparations before releasing merchandise into wholesale inventory.
Put-Away – completes put-away function into wholesale inventory for allocation visibility.
Puller – completes order fulfillment according to allocated pick ticket.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Packer – ensures garments are labeled with the correct style, color and size. Properly fold’s and places garments into poly bags for inventory storage and shipping.

Put-Away – compiles finished garments from packers and places them into our finished goods inventory via our RF barcode technology. Maintains a logical put-away pattern for efficient inventory movements.

Puller - fulfills allocated pick ticket by pulling garment from stock locations via our RF barcode technology. Ensures proper shipping instructions associated with the specific pick ticket are passed along to our shipping team.

Responsibilities also include accurate weekly cycle counts, accurate quarterly and yearend physical inventories. Controlled, accurate inventory moves from fashion locations to extra stock locations.

• No supervisory responsibilities

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Will be crossed-trained in all DC functions, including wholesale shipping and outlet shipping

Skills/Education/Experience:
• General Warehouse Experience.
• Ability to be an effective team player.

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
• Able to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
Performs servicing, modifying, adjusting and installation of all types of production related machinery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains all production machinery in good working condition.
Keeps a maintenance log for all work performed on production machinery.
Maintenance includes oil changes, replacement of worn parts, minor adjustments and checking that all safety guards are in place and functioning properly.
Support the production and sample floors by making necessary adjustments to the machines for the operators to help ensure good quality garment construction.
Order needed parts and keep track of parts and tool inventory
Train Operators on proper use of equipment

Less than 20% travel may be required as necessary

Education/Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a mechanic in a garment sewing environment
Certificates from sewing machine related mechanics courses preferred
Must be able to disassemble and re-assemble sewing machines
Must have knowledge of how to use all types of mechanics tools
Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Standing, walking and squatting the majority of the work shift
Ability to climb ladders or stairs
Required to lift, move and carry up to 70 pounds
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Manual dexterity required using hands to finger, handle, feel and type; reach with hands and arms
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and reports
Must be able to see, hear and speak in order to communicate with employees and other customers
