Admin BPP #1

The Director, Retail Operations will report to the Vice President, Retail and be responsible for the execution of all operational processes within the St. John retail store locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the execution of all operational processes daily
• Develops and implements with field leadership all boutique operations policies and procedures that impact the field organization
• Develops and implements with field leadership all boutique sales education, contest, and incentives to drive selling model
• Effectively own and manage contest budgets
• Orchestrate and effectively budget any planned on-site retail management trainings or conferences
• Effectively ensure sales strategies and company initiatives are cascaded and communicated appropriately
• Responsible for communication and execution of operational directives to the filed (promotions, updates, company initiatives, etc.)
• Ensure all store employees are properly trained on appropriate in-store technology tools
• Creates and maintains instore on-boarding process or store teams
• Works strategically to deliver innovative projects that enhance the store POS platform and communication technologies
• Ensures all store systems and technology are designed with the end user in mind
• Ensures clients concerns are addressed by leading the client service function
• Partners with field leadership to develop and implement operational process that maximize economies of scale
• Partners with Store Maintenance and Construction to administer annual capital budget for fleet maintenance and visual (light, paint, carpet, fixtures) to ensure fleet remains brand right
• Partners with retail finance partners to find new business growth opportunities and cost cutting initiatives to maximize EBITDA
• Partners with CRM team to ensure the integrity of the database
• Acts as store’s point-of-contact for all operating issues as needed
• Ensures compliance and operational excellence is upheld at the store level by partnering with the regional field team
• Partners with Loss Prevention to ensure completion of quarterly Operations Audit to minimize shrinkage and also administer seasonal inventories

• Adhere to local, state and federal laws
• Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department
• Less than 30% travel may be required as necessary
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
