Sales Operations Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for maintaining product flow from initiating style set up, managing price lists, generating UPCs and processing in EDI’s. The position requires support in all aspects of the business involved in the order flow of full price and outlet merchandise. This individual will successfully manage data, troubleshoot data transmission issues and manage customer order flow for outlet product. Strong communication with consistently identifying both successes, as well as areas of improvement, across all processes is essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn ERP and supporting systems to perform job functions and assist all Sales Team
• Seasonally assign silhouette and procurement to initiate style set up
• Enter pricing seasonally for all products
• Generate UPC’s for all products and push to product catalogs.
• Troubleshoot any issues with product catalogs, such as GXS and Intertrade
• Style push to Retail back of the house system, trouble shoot any styles not pushing over
• Process orders to outlet for Damaged goods/ Fashion office/Extra Stock inventory, and troubleshoot orders stuck in process
• Coordinate cost uploads and validate the uploads
• Manage Special Cuttings and Customer Specials set up, pricing, style push. Communicate readiness to sales team
• Create and manage all price lists
• Manage Outlet style set up, pricing, UPC assignment and style push to Retail System
• Manage Outlet orders out of EDI and communicate to team for production
• Maintain Non-Apparel and Outlet order cancel dates
• Complete special projects, as assigned, and identify opportunities for improvement

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years experience with systems and/or merchandise analysis
• PC literate
• Intermediate Excel Skills Required (knowledge of pivot tables and formula applications necessary)
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of employees/associates
