zzFashion Office Coordinator- Entry Level

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Be part of a dynamic, fast paced fashion office housing beautiful luxury apparel and accessories. The Fashion Office Coordinator is the primary support role for the Fashion Office Manager. This role assists with enhancing all functions of the St. John Fashion Office such as prepping samples for photo shoots, seasonal markets & events, managing sample inventory, invoicing samples to the Outlet division, domestic and international shipments, and showroom preparations.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY AS YOU WILL:
• Prep & style sample line-ups before shipping to photo shoots, markets & events
• Coordinate and oversee the seasonal line sheet photo shoots before market
• Assist with all sample shipments both domestically and internationally including packing and completing all documentation necessary for proper inventory control
• Support in-store events when needed such as set-up, prepping samples and dressing models
• Assist Fashion Office Manager with maintenance of sample calendar and planning out sample shipments
• Maintain the sample & accessory inventory housed in the Fashion Office with data entry, invoicing, & the inventory mapping system
• Order all necessary supplies for the Fashion Office
• Insure all garments and accessories are kept in “show ready” condition
• Assist with preparing showrooms for markets and fashion presentations
• Insure security guidelines are adhered to according to the Fashion Office Policy & Procedures directive
• Create and foster a collaborative, innovative and results-oriented team culture
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional partners, the St. John Leadership Team and outside partners.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years professional experience, luxury retail experience a plus
• College or fashion school degree
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
