SUMMARY: Evaluates and directs the transformation of the City’s organization into a high performance and market-competitive service business that consistently delivers quality products and services to its customers and contributes to long-term organizational stability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in General Business Administration or a related field
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience, including three years at the Division Manager level, or its equivalent
• Certifications/licensure may be required depending on area of assignment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Business strategy and/or strategic planning experience at the executive level
• Private and public sector experience

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Must pass pre-employment drug test
• Must pass criminal history check
• Must pass motor vehicle records check

SALARY RANGE:
$118,000 - $125,000
