As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar. You’ll also be responsible for creating and enjoyable experience for our guests while providing friendly, accurate and efficient service.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Preparing drinks to industry standards
Presenting all beverage items in an efficient and personable manner using the designated serving styles
Checking identification to ensure that guests are of legal drinking age
Maintaining a knowledge of drink menu items, promotions, ingredients and prep time
Maintaining a knowledge of food pairings and recommended wines or beverages that go well with appetizers, entrees and desserts
Recommending drinks and up selling when appropriate
Entering drink orders into the POS
Collecting payment and making change in a timely and courteous manner
Washing and sterilizing glassware
Preparing garnishes for drinks
Maintaining a clean and well organized work area
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: One year of serving alcohol and handling cash is preferred.
Language Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, management and fellow employees.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs., be able to work long hours/split shifts and be able to handle stressful conditions.

Wednesday, 8/21/19– 10am -1pm
Saturday, 8/24/19 – 10am – 6pm

Friday, 9/6/19 – 10am – 1pm
Unfortunately for those who do not attend one of the sessions, we cannot move forward in the process.
Orientation will be held on Saturday September 21st and Sunday September 22nd between 10.00am – 6.00pm. Attendance is Mandatory
Hours: Due to this special event being held in the evening and on specific dates the team member will need to be available to work from 5:00pm till 1:00am on the specific dates below. These dates do not include any training needed for the event. The dates that are required for availability at a minimum are as follows: 10/03/19, 10/04/19, 10/05/19, 10/10/19, 10/11/19, 10/12/19, 10/17/19, 10/18/19, 10/19/19, 10/20/19, 10/24/19, 10/25/19, 10/26/19, 10/27/19, 10/31/19, 11/01/19, 11/02/19. Note that any employee may be required to work overtime.*
