About This Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Pool Attendant to join our team at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort.
As a Pool Attendant you will assist our guests in making this their home away from home. You will be the person who ensures a safe, secure and really fun environment for all.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of a Pool Attendant:
- Cleaning assigned pool areas in accordance with Hotel standards areas in accordance with Hotel standards
- Replenishing amenities and supplies in assigned pool area as needed
- Stocking and maintaining fresh towels
- Reporting any maintenance issues to supervisor immediately
- Acknowledging and greeting all guests in corridors and all other public access areas
- Answering questions about local area attractions and things to do
- Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special events
- Demonstrating the Evolution Hospitality Values and Guiding Principles
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- Must be 18 or older.
