The Opportunity
Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf is currently looking for a professional, outgoing and organized individual to join our Sales team in the role of Sales Coordinator.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be primarily responsible supporting our Sales Team and ensuring that they have the tools, supplies and resources that they need to deliver service that sets us apart.

Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator include:
• Deploying leads (Envision, Cvent, Starcite, Hyatt.com,HPN, etc). Administrator for Envision & EMS (manage users, set up permissions etc.)
• Monthly reports and route to DOS and Director of Catering
• Apply attrition/cancellation to Envision Manager
• Hyatt website changes, process any pictures needed to Hyatt Brand Manager
• Manage office supplies and order supplies when necessary
• Input budget to Hymark or Horizon
• Input deposit in Opera, do commission / vendor requests. Convention Services for tour and travel

Job Requirements
The ideal Sales Coordinator candidate will have at least one year of experience as sales coordinator in a similar size hotel. Hyatt hotels experience strongly preferred. If you have high performance standards, a high level of enthusiasm and thrive in a fast-paced team environment then you just might be the candidate that we’re looking for!

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

• Professional and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a high-profile, high-traffic environment
• Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence and memos
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Hymark, Envision Manager, Outlook, Excel, Prio, Envision, EMS/EAS, Microsoft Office etc.
