About This Opportunity:
The Stanley Hotel located in beautiful Estes Park, CO is looking for a Banquet Bartender. As a Banquet Bartender, you’ll be responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operations of the banquet bar. You’ll also be responsible for delivering service that meets or exceeds Stanley Hotel standards.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of a Banquet Bartender include:
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and Banquet Event Order to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel’s mixing and presentation standards
• Serve guests with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
• Break down bar after the completion of functions, storing liquor, supplies and equipment according to the hotel’s standards
• Follow all state liquor laws
• Follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests
• Respond to guests’ problems, complaints and accidents
• Ensure that the bar and service areas are kept clean and tidy during service
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
The ideal Banquet Bartender will have a minimum of one year of banquet bartender experience in a high-volume, fast-paced banquets environment. The minimum qualifications for this position are:
• Previous bartender experience in a high volume, fast-paced, hotel banquets environment
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
• Must have a valid alcohol awareness certification or be capable of obtaining certification
• Must have a valid Certified Food Handlers Card or be capable of obtaining one
