We are looking for seasonal Sunburn dancers who enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours and enjoys continuous physical activity throughout the course of their work-day. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees
Dancer Responsibilities and Duties:
• Must be punctual for each shift, arrive early enough to dress in uniform
• No cell phone usage, drinking alcohol or gum chewing while on the clock
• Active-listening and coordination skills, teamwork is critical in this position
• Must maintain professionalism at all times and adhere to the rules of the road
• Train, exercise, and attend dance classes to maintain high levels of technical proficiency, physical ability, and physical fitness
• Always maintain hospitality standards and exhibit service of culture at all times all HRB employees
• Should be current and stay current on dance techniques and moves
• Should always dance stylistically congruent with style of music being played
• Harmonize body movements to rhythm of musical accompaniment
• Must stay on assigned post until time designated by MOD
Dancer qualifications and skills:
• Consistently maintain a well groomed appearance, posture and hygiene deemed by management
• Style should stay current and in line with current fashion standards and trends as deemed by management
• Maintain dialogue with all guest while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times
• Employee must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue
• Experience with customer database and booking bottle service is required
• Willing to work in a loud and smoke filled environment
• Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun exposure
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• The ability to work within a team environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
