We’re auditioning for professional, outgoing and outrageous personalities to fill the role of Human Resources Director.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have experience managing Human Resources in a hotel as well as experience that involved interacting with a full range of employees (hourly to senior level management).

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

• Minimum of 5 years of HR management level experience is required with a minimum of 3 years hotel HR
• Exposure to the standard HR competencies, including compensation, employee relations, benefits, staffing and training
• Extensive knowledge of current training strategies, methods and materials
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience developing and conducting employee training
