The Opportunity
We’re auditioning for professional, outgoing and outrageous personalities to fill the role of Pool Assistant Manager.
The Pool Assistant Manager is responsible to support the Pool GM on the day to day operations while maximizing revenue opportunities. In addition, the Pool Assistant Manager will serve as the Manager on Duty when the Pool GM is not available.
Responsibilities:
o Onsite manager for designated shifts.
o Set the example at all times.
o Lead, mentor and evaluate the staff.
o Supervise the Staff in day to day on floor operations.
o Enforce policies and procedures of Evolution Hospitality and Costa Hollywood bars.
o Prepare for and conduct nightly draft/pre-shift meetings with VIP staff in order to review all lists, table reservations, or last minute updates
o Overall responsibility for all customer service needs and conflict resolution
o End of shift reports
o Market high-end bottle service to customers and book reservations (when applicable).
o Maintain client data base and relationships with table customers
o other duties as assigned
Requirements:
o Minimum two years experience in restaurant/pool management
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Inherent ability to coach and lead others
o Posses and demonstrate a passion for guest service and food & beverage
o Food & beverage financial acumen
