About This Opportunity:
The Stanley Hotel located in beautiful Estes Park, CO is looking for a Busser. As a Busser, you’ll be responsible for setting up and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and for assisting food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of a busser include:
• Quickly cleaning dirty table settings and preparing tables for resetting
• Promptly and consistently resetting tables with spotless service ware
• Maintaining the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
• Greeting guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serving beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenishing as necessary
• Transporting all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
• Performing general cleaning tasks, using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
• Folding napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc.
• Performing other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special guest requests and cross-training, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately.
Job Requirements:
In addition to work-related experience, your qualifications must include a passion to provide great guest service, thoughtful attention to details, and an outgoing, extremely friendly "how may I serve you" attitude that guests will remember.
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to understand and speak English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs
