Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Operations Analyst is responsible for overall operations and property support, including supporting of pre-opening hotels and food and beverage support.

Measure of Performance by Competency
35% - Operations and Property Support
• Provide roll up analysis for the portfolio; GSS, Revenue, Labor, Expenses
• Coordinate Quarterly GM Conference Calls
• Own roll up forecast reports, variances and monthly forecast review process
• Maintain the Priority Hotel report and publication
• Maintain QA calendar and performance
15% - Second Wave Marketing Support
• Lead Second Wave financial management and billing process
35% - Pre-Opening Operations Support
• Pre-opening new build support
• Help hire and onboard finance representatives
• Assist with pre-opening budgets and analysis to proforma
• Provide tracking support for all RAMP documents
• Oversee Perfect Project
• Update Ops lead on critical deadlines
• Track hiring dates for all key management
• Organize all pre-opening meetings
5% - Food and Beverage Support
• Coordinate quarterly CFB meetings
• Compile month end CFB compliance reports
• Coordinate monthly F&B calls
5% - Engineering
• Signature Standards updates
• Review CapEx budget timelines
• Create Preventative Maintenance Signature Standards and compliance
5% - Other
• Evaluate operating opportunities
• Support vendor engagement for annual meeting


Qualifications & Experience
Education
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from a college or combination of education, training or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform this position’s job duties. Accounting or Business degree preferred.

Knowledge/Skills
• Demonstrated proficiency and accuracy in using MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to include graphs, tables and other spreadsheet functions
• Professionalism and confidentiality are essential, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive and cohesive records
• Must be hospitality oriented and possess the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Considerable knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation, office practices and procedures
• Ability to write and communicate in a professional manner
• Team player interested in collaborating with others to create the best work
Preferred Work Experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss reporting and balancing ledgers for operating and balance sheet accounts
• Aptitude for performing numerical analysis of data and formulating conclusions and/or solutions
• Ability to use logic to define a problem, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, interpret information and deal with abstract variables for unique or unfamiliar situations
• Ability to clearly and concisely present technical subjects
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
• Must be able to quickly develop effective working relationships consistent with our Values and Guiding Principles
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills)
