We are currently looking for an Bellman to join our team at the Riviera Palm Springs.
As an Bellman, you’ll be responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel. The Bellman is responsible for meeting or exceeding the needs of our guests and for being professional, friendly, and helpful.
Key responsibilities of an Arrival Agent include:
• Greeting guests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner
• Assisting arriving and departing guests with their luggage
• Assisting guests in and out of vehicles
• Organizing and storing luggage as necessary
• Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
• Providing accurate information about outlet hours, hotel services, directions to local attractions, etc.
• Assisting guests with transportation
The ideal Bellman candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working outdoors. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction. The minimum qualifications for this position are:
• Must be at least 18 years of age for insurance purposes
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice
• Must have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
