The Opportunity
We’re auditioning for professional, outgoing and outrageous personalities to fill the role of Bar Manager.
The Bar Manager is responsible for bar operations of day to day as well as events and maximizing bar revenue opportunities. In addition, the Bar Manager will serve as the Manager on Duty at the bars.
Responsibilities:
o Onsite manager for designated shifts.
o Set the example at all times.
o Lead, mentor and evaluate the staff.
o Supervise the Staff in day to day on floor operations.
o Enforce policies and procedures of Evolution Hospitality and Hard Rock Bars
o Prepare for and conduct nightly draft/pre-shift meetings with VIP staff in order to review all lists, table reservations, or last minute updates
o Overall responsibility for all customer service needs and conflict resolution
o Conflict resolution
o End of shift reports
o Market high-end bottle service to customers and book reservations
o Maintain client data base and relationships with table customers
o Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
o Minimum two years experience in bar management
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Inherent ability to coach and lead others
o A passion for guest service and food
o Food & beverage financial acumen
