We seek a Store Sales Manager who:
Inspires and LEADS their sales teams to sell shoes, exceed goals and establish priorities
Implements and executes company plans and strategies
Provides an in-store experience that supports our brand and exceeds customers’ expectations
Hires the best people for our stores and develops, promotes and retains top talent
Loves to connect and engage with the communities we serve
Possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
At least two years management/leadership experience
Ability to work flexible work schedules including nights weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
